Verse 1:

Every animal alive wants to live more than die.
Every creature suffers from pain.
It's not hard to understand that the choice is up to man,
And to see the cost is greater than the gain.

Chorus:

Let the animals live their own lives.
Set them free so they can run, swim, and fly.
Help the people to open their eyes and
Let the animals live.

Verse 2:

When you think of all that's done just for vanity or fun,
When you think of what the animals endure,
Don't you want to do your part? Don't ignore what's in your heart,
And make sure it doesn't happen anymore.

Chorus:

Let the animals live their own lives.
Set them free so they can run, swim, and fly.
Help the people to open their eyes and
Let the animals live.

Verse 3:

Though it's gone on for so long, doesn't mean it isn't wrong,
And it doesn't mean that we can't change our ways.
We can use alternatives instead of someone who still lives,
We can make tomorrow better than today.

Chorus:

Let the animals live their own lives.
Set them free so they can run, swim, and fly.
Help the people to open their eyes and
Let the animals live.

Chorus:

Let the animals live their own lives.
Set them free so they can run, swim, and fly.
Help the people to open their eyes and
Let the animals live.
Let the animals live.
Let the animals live.
Let the animals live.
Let the animals live.
